These beauties were originally found in India, Taiwan, China, Japan, Indochina, and Portugal, but “mums” are now found in gardens around the globe. But the bright white and yellow Wild Chrysanthemum Flower (known as Ye Ju Hua and Chrysanthemum indicum) has very unique powers. Dried as a whole flower before adding to our formula, this incredible herb should not be confused with the general “mums” that you find at your local farmer’s market. The essential oils of this plant have a rejuvenating effect and the flowers are used in Asian cultures for their cooling properties.
